Please be mindful that due to the current global situation, the postal services may still be experiencing high volumes. Shipments may experience some postal delays which are unfortunately out of our control.
If you have not yet received your order, please see Domestic delivery updates here and International delivery updates here. You can also subscribe to tracking alerts on your delivery. To do this, register for or sign into your New Zealand Post online account. Click on "Set up alerts" on the tracking number you wish to monitor. Every time your parcel is scanned, NZ Post will send you an alert email until they notify you otherwise, or your parcel is delivered.
