WHAT IS A PEACH BUILDER® RESISTANCE BAND?
It is a band used for strength training. It is used to target and activate your peach (booty).
WHY SHOULD I USE A RESISTANCE BAND?
If you want to tone and build your peach, the most important step is to activate it. This will ensure that you are actually using it during a workout. People who don't do this, often end up compensating, and use their quadriceps, lower back and hamstrings in place. The Peach Builder bands add resistance to your workouts and help with glute activation by isolating the peach. They can be used on their own for strength training at home, or to enhance weighted exercises at the gym. A strong and well-functioning peach will not only give you confidence but will help to maximise your performance and reduce the risk of pain and injury.
I'VE NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE, WHICH BAND DO I USE?
It largely depends on an individual’s strengths and weaknesses in certain movements. Generally, we recommend starting out with the light PEACH BUILDER fabric resistance band and progressing to the heavy from there.
HOW DO I USE THE BANDS?
The exercises you can do with them are limitless. They can be used exclusively or to enhance traditional exercises like squats. Check out our Social Media handles for some inspiration.
WHAT ARE THE BANDS MADE OF?
They are made of Polyester and Latex Silk.
WILL THE BANDS STRETCH?
Because of the high-quality material, they can handle large amounts of tension. We offer differing thicknesses; light, medium, heavy and advanced. This enables you to pick which band is right for which exercise. Remember, they are essentially rubber bands, so be careful not to overstretch them to more than double their length or use them on anything sharp e.g shoes.
CAN I WASH THE BANDS?
We recommend letting them air-dry in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY BANDS?
Make sure you are storing them in a nice cool spot. Try not to leave them in hot places, like the car or direct sunlight, as this can dry them out and reduce the life of your bands.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY PEACH BUILDER BAR PAD?
These can also be wiped down with a damp cloth and air-dried in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Do not use any soaps or oils on them, as these can break down the foam.
HOW FAST CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?
While individual results may vary, it can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks to see a noticeable difference in your peach size. We encourage you to consume a healthy, balanced diet and use the bands 2-3 times a week.

CAN I STILL RETURN MY ACTIVEWEAR AFTER REMOVING THE TAG?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the tags attached. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns that have the tag removed, make up, fake tan, animal hair, scents, deodorant, perfume or washing powder on them. Therefore, please be careful when trying on. If the above conditions are not fulfilled, the goods will be sent back and you will be charged for the shipping and handling.
HOW DO I WASH MY ACTIVEWEAR?
Care Instructions can be found on the inside of the clothing item. We recommend to cold hand wash, dry flat, do not bleach, do not tumble dry and do not iron. This will extend the life of your items.

Our policy lasts 14 days. The item must leave the customers hands within 14 days of receiving the order.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping a copy of the shipping receipt. The Peach Builder Co is not liable for the loss of items being returned. Please make sure your return is packed properly in a courier bag, so it is not able to be damaged on the way. Our returns address is a PO Box, so please ensure your delivery method can deliver here.
If the above conditions are not fulfilled, the goods will be sent back and you will be charged for the additional shipping and handling.

FAULTY ITEMS / INCORRECT ORDERS RECEIVED
Please inspect your products before using. If there are any issues, contact us within 7 days at email@example.com, and include a detailed description and pictures of the fault before sending back to us.
ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER
Some orders are returned to us for the following reasons:
- Incorrect address provided - Delivery attempted, then left unclaimed at postal office - Customs charges not paid
This list is an example and is not exclusive. In the case that an order is returned to sender, there are two options available:
We can resend the item, however the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
We can refund the order less the shipping and a $10NZD handling and restocking fee.
