RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

Please note we do not offer any exchanges- only returns.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are able to return it for store credit within 14 days of receipt of your shipment (excluding shipping charges).

Please note: Sale items and workout guides are non-refundable or exchangeable. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on resistance bands and bar pads.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. The item must leave the customers hands within 14 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the tags attached.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns that have the tag removed, make-up, fake tan, animal hair, scents, deodorant, perfume or washing powder on them. Therefore, please be careful when trying on.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping a copy of the shipping receipt. The Peach Builder Co is not liable for the loss of items being returned. Please make sure your return is packed properly in a courier bag, so it is not able to be damaged on the way. Our returns address is a PO Box, so please ensure your delivery method can deliver here.

If the above conditions are not fulfilled, the goods will be sent back and you will be charged for the additional shipping and handling.

We will email you once your return is processed. Please allow up to 7 working days to hear from us once we receive your items, and don’t forget to check your Junk or Spam email inbox.

FAULTY ITEMS / INCORRECT ORDERS RECEIVED

Please inspect your products before using. If there are any issues, contact us within 7 days at shop@thepeachbuilderco.com, and include a detailed description and pictures of the fault before sending back to us.

ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER

Some orders are returned to us for the following reasons:

- Incorrect address provided
- Delivery attempted, then left unclaimed at postal office
- Customs charges not paid

This list is an example and is not exclusive. In the case that an order is returned to sender, there are two options available:

  1. We can resend the item, however the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
  2. We can refund the order less the shipping and a $10NZD handling and restocking fee.

Please email shop@thepeachbuilderco.com with your full name and order number. If we do not receive any correspondence from the customer the order will be considered abandoned.
